Data fields relevant to a resource like location and type are based on the date setting Report time-phased data as of specified on the parameters tab. The rest of the data is not time-phased. That is to say, if you asked for Booked Hours, you'll see all booked hours from the beginning of time until the end of time.
Data Fields
This report can provide data about the following fields.

| Billing Adjusted Rate | Actual or Projected Billing Rate after billing adjustments. |
| Booked Hours | Hours currently booked for the role |
| Contract Line Item Code | The contract line item code - this is a unique identifier for a contract line item |
| Contract Line Item Name | The contract line item name - this is a unique identifier for a contract line item |
| Contract Rate | Contract rates represent the prices per hour that were agreed to at the start of an engagement with a client, and take into account discounting and special pricing (e.g., a free analysis phase if a client signs up for later phases) made at the time of the sale. Contract revenue is associated with contract rates by multiplying by hours. |

| Cost Contract Terms | The Cost Contract Terms. This list contains three choices, Time & Materials, Not to Exceed, and Fixed Price |
| Detailed Task Management Enabled (Yes/No) | If set to 'true', Detailed Task Management is enabled for the associated project |
| Engagement | The engagement name and engagement code. An engagement represents a contract. |
| Engagement Billable (Yes/No) | If set to 'true', the associated engagement has been defined as billable |
| Engagement Code | The engagement code. This is a unique identifier for an engagement |

| Primary Client Inactive (Yes/No) | If set to 'true', the primary client is currently inactive |

| Primary Client Number | The primary client number - this is a unique identifier for the client |
| Primary Client UID | A unique and immutable identifier for the primary client |

| Project Code | The project code - this is a unique identifier for a project |
| Project Created By | The display name of the user who created the project |
| Project Created On | The date the project was created |

| Resource Direct Transfer Rate | Transfer Rates are used to shift revenue and RDC between the cost centers. This is the resource's direct cost transfer rate. |

| Resource Employee ID | The resource's employee id - this is a unique identifier for the resource |
| Resource Expense Approver Display Name | The display name of the resource's expense approver |
| Resource Expense Approver Display Email Address | The email address of the resource's expense approver |
| Resource Expense Approver Display UID | A unique and immutable identifier for the resource's expense approver |
| Resource First Name | The resource's first name |
| Resource Inactive (Yes/No) | If set to 'true' the resource is currently defined as inactive |

| Resource Temporary Worker (Yes/No) | If set to 'true', the resource is defined as a temporary work |

| Resource Time Approver UID | A unique and immutable identifier for the resource's time approver |
| Resource Title | The resource's title |

| Resource UID | A unique and immutable identifier for the resource |
| Revenue Transfer Rate | Transfer Rates are used to shift revenue and RDC between the cost centers. This is the resource's revenue transfer rate. |
Role | This is the role name and number. Note, a role represents demand for labor |
| Role Billing Title | It is common for companies to book employees on work that is different from their title. For example, you may have a junior developer doing the work of a senior developer, and billing as such. |
| Role Billing Title Overridden (Yes/No) | If set to 'true', the resource works under a different title than their own. The billing rates will change to correspond to the new title. This title can be displayed on a Projector invoice. |

| Role First Set To Scheduling Complete | The date/time first set to scheduling complete for a role. |

| Role Resource Direct Rate Overridden (Y/N) | If set to 'true', the resource associated with the role has an overridden resource direct rate |
| Role Start Date | The role start date |
| Role UID | A unique and immutable identifier for the role |
| Role-Based Rate Overridden (Y/N) | If set to 'true', the resource works under a different role based rate other than their own billing rate. |
| Standard Rate | Standard Rate Types define contract and billing rates based on the type of time you are billing |
| Time Contract Amount | The time contract amount |
| Time Contract Amount Less Holdback | The time contract amount less the holdback |
| Time Contract Terms | The time contract terms |
| Time Holdback Amount | The time holdback amount |
