The Financials section gives access to the following:

Cost Cards — find cost cards, approve them, reject them, make adjustments, and much more
Expense Documents — group of expenses for a single resource, vendor, subcontractor, or soft costs
Payment Vouchers — manage payment vouchers
Invoices — find, create, edit, issue, and manage invoices
