Cost Center

Choose the cost center for which this report will be created.

Currency

Choose the currency in which to display monetary values.

Exclude fixed price time and cost WIP

You probably want this ticked. Fixed price time cards are never invoiced and so will always appear in the aging report. When ticked, we'll exclude any time/cost cards associated with fixed price contracts.

Include unapproved hours in actuals

Check this box to include hours that have been submitted but not yet approved or rejected.

Include unapproved expenses in actuals

Check this box to include expenses that have been submitted but not yet approved or rejected.

Exclude closed engagements

Check this box to exclude engagements that have been closed down.
