Project - Notes
This area shows notes that have been added to the project and roles. To add new notes, use the Project Notes Tab or Role - Notes.
To reach this section go to Topics Projects and search for a project. Open a project and choose Notes.
Permissions and Settings
To add additional project notes use the project editor in Management Portal.
To add additional role notes use Role - Notes.
By default role notes are not shown. Use the  to show them.
To show newly added notes, use the Refresh option under the  or refresh the web page.
Manage Notes
You can use the All, Read, Unread links to filter the notes displayed. Use the Read column to mark notes as read or unread. Or, use the  to bulk mark all notes read or unread. You can also export the notes to a csv file from this menu.
