Permissions and Settings

To open an invoice you need the cost center permission View Projects  or need to be on the PM teams for all projects on the invoice.

You can edit UDFs:

• If the invoice is not issued, and
• If you have permission to edit the invoice either via Cost Center permission Create and Approve Invoices for the invoice cost center or via being on the PM teams of all projects or if, for permissioned UDFs, you have the associated custom global or cost center permission.
