Notifications
The notifications area governs who will receive high level email notifications.
This form is reached by from both the User Types Editor and User Editor.
Permissions and Settings
To make changes on this form you must have the global permission Users & Permissions set to Update.
Notifications
The following table describes each notification that will be sent.
Option | Description |

Draft, rejected, or missing time e-mail alerts are sent to a resource | Carbon Copy (cc) whenever an email alert goes out. Email alerts are turned on and scheduled from the System Settings Editor Time Tab. This is useful for two reasons. First, it provides an audit trail for managers. They can see who is habitually entering their time late. Second, it gives resources a note that their managers are being cc'd on problem time. These two points should help to alleviate chasing down resources to get their time properly entered. There is potential for your managers to receive very large quantities of emails, so you may want to test this before enabling for everyone. Notifications are sent based on the resource's cost center. |
Expense reports have been entered on behalf of another resource | Receive an email when expense reports have been entered on behalf of a resource. Limit to cost center as appropriate. Notifications are sent based on the resource's cost center. |
Projects are moved to/from a stage | Used in conjunction with the project stage setting Notify Cost Center List. Useful if you want to track when projects are moved from or to a particular stage (no emails are sent when a new project is created). Something moving from proposal to delivery? Get an email! Limit to cost centers as appropriate. Notifications are sent based on the project's cost center. |
Time has been entered on behalf of another resource | Receive an email whenever someone enters time on behalf of a resource. Limit to cost centers as appropriate. Notifications are sent based on the resource's cost center. |
My Skills are updated by my manager | When a resource's profile is edited and changes are made, email the resource a lost if changes made. Notifications are sent based on the resource's cost center. |

New versions of Projector are released | Receive an email when Projector releases software updates. These emails contain important details about upcoming product enhancements and changes. |
Projector is expected to be unavailable | Receive an email when there are Projector maintenance windows or scheduled downtime. |
Salesforce integration disabled due to failure | Receive an email when your Salesforce import has stopped due to a failure. |
Storage exceeds 90% of maximum capacity | Receive an email when your document storage is nearing your installation's storage limit, defined in the System Settings > Document Management tab. |
