QuickBooks Online and Multiple AR or AP accounts

If your organization uses multiple AR and AP accounts, then they will need to be merged into a single account for use with QuickBooks online. This is covered in this QuickBooks KnowledgeBase Article.

Technically you can have multiple accounts in QBO, but Projector will only ever send data to the default accounts.
