CRM Integrations
Projector provides pre-built integrations with the following CRM platforms:
Salesforce
HubSpot
Microsoft-CRM
We also support other CRM platforms using either a generic connector or our API.
This page provides information about how our pre-built CRM integrations work.
Permissions and Settings
To turn on a CRM integration requires the assistance of Projector Support. Please contact them for assistance.
Enable or disable CRM connections requires the global permission System Settings set to Update.
CRM imports are one-way.
CRM imports auto-run once per hour.
Optionally notify people when a CRM integration fails through the system notification CRM Automation integration disabled due to a failure and when entities fail migration
Engagements are only updated if the engagement stage permission Allow Updates from CRM Automation is enabled.
Projects are only updated if the project stage permission Allow Updates from CRM Automation is enabled.

What is Synced?
The integration can perform the following actions:
Create a client and fill out all client level fields
Can hook to an existing client level only
Cannot create invoice recipients list
Create a single ECLIP structure (Engagement + 1 Contract Line Item + 1 Project)
Populate all engagement level fields
Cannot create invoice recipients list
Populate all top-level contract line item fields.
Cannot populate revenue schedules
Cannot populate managed service periods
Cannot milestones
Populate all top-level project fields
Cannot populate additional project managers
Cannot populate SmartSheet object
Cannot populate time / cost baselines
Cannot copy notes
Cannot copy Documents
Cannot copy Issues
A single rate card can come from Cost Center, Client, or CRM transform
With Template Project can also copy:
