Time has been submitted on behalf of a user
When you submit time for someone else in your installation, an email is sent out.

To submit time for someone else you must have the cost center permission Enter Time for Others. The email is sent when you press the submit button in time entry.
Email Recipients
The following people will receive the email:
- The resource who time is submitted on behalf of.
- Any user with the Notification setting Time has been entered on behalf of another resource enabled for the resource's cost center.
Email Send Time
The email is sent within a few minutes of submission.
