When a project is created an email is sent out to notify the engagement manager, project manager, and the PM team. As new engagements always include at least one project, new engagements also trigger an email.

Email Senders
Emails are sent when a new project is saved for the first time. You can disable project creation emails based on the project stage.
Email Receivers
Emails are sent to:
- Engagement manager
- Project manager
- Anyone on the PM team who has the Include on Email List flag set
The person that created the project is NOT notified, under the assumption that if you created it, you must have known about it.
Email Send Time
Emails are sent automatically on project creation.
