Email Senders
Emails are sent automatically by Projector based on the project's stage and budget alert level. The project stage must have the Send Budget Alert Emails checkbox ticked AND the budget alert level must have the Send E-mail Alert checkbox ticked.
Email Receivers
The project manager, the engagement manager if email notifications are on, and anyone marked Can Act as PM with email notifications on. These settings are controlled on the Project Info Tab.
Email Send Time
Emails are sent each day between 3am and 4am of your installation's time zone. Emails are only sent if the budget status has changed since yesterday.
