My invoice has the wrong settings

When you create an invoice at the PO level, you may find that it does not have the default settings you were expecting. For example, the billing address or email settings you set. This occurs because when Projector creates a multi-engagement invoice, it is searching for each engagement and then combining their information. If the engagements have disparate information, for example different billing addresses, Projector needs to choose one engagement as the 'correct' one. We do this by using whichever engagement has the lowest engagement code.

To resolve this issue, it is best if you make sure that all engagements which invoice at the same client or PO level have identical information set on their engagement billing tabs.
