Could not interpret response from QuickBooks Online
When synchronizing with QuickBooks Online you may encounter the following error - The error from QuickBooks is: Error: Could not interpret response from QuickBooks.
This error can occur if you are using multiple QBO accounts. When Projector is initially configured for synchronization, it assumes you only have one QBO account. This account information is saved to your computer. If you need to switch between accounts then you'll need to clear the old account information, setup the new account information, and then connect with the new account. You may find it easier to use two machines, one for each account, rather than going through this process every time.
Solution
Please follow these steps to store new authorization information on your computer.
First, quit all instances of Projector
Second, delete the following registry folder. If you don't know how to use the registry editor then you should talk to Projector Support or an IT Professional.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Intuit\QBOEQBXMLRP\Projector
Third, start Projector and go to your Integration tab, QuickBooks sub section. Click Synchronize Wizard.
Fourth, choose Set up connection! If you don't know how to setup a connection, see Connect to QuickBooks Online Edition.
You should now be able to connect to a new QBO account.
