I cannot change the project start date
You may receive the following message when trying to change a project start date.
The project open date cannot be changed because there are scheduled hours, requested hours, incurred costs, planned costs or role start dates prior to the entered date.
You will need to modify your project to account for the fact that the project start date is moving. This is necessary to maintain project data integrity. For example, it does not make sense to have time cards on a project before it even started!
