Permission Sets (CQ)

Permission sets are managed in Setup | Permission Sets.

Permission sets are used to define the access you would like to provide managers, team members, and clients for each of the project workspace tabs. Workspace tabs. You can define as many permission sets as you need, each with different combinations of read, view, and update permissions for each of the tabs. These permission sets can then be applied to engagement types to be used as defaults each time a new project of a certain engagement type is created. Once a project is created, the permission sets can be changed for that particular project to suit its specific needs.

You can set and change permission sets at any time.
