Skills (CQ)

Skills are managed in Setup | Skills.

Skills allow you to define the skills, experiences, and certifications that you use to assign resources to roles on projects. You can also report on utilization by skill. The skills are divided into skill groups. Each resource is evaluated for each skill on a scale of 1 to 5, where 5 is the highest level. The skill levels are entered in the Resource Editor.

Skills can be added at any time.
