Getting Started for New Users

You'll generally have four classes of users in Projector.
- Time and expense entry users
- Project Managers
- Finance Managers
- Administrators
Each will use the software differently.

Time and Expense Entry
These users only require access to our website. They should visit https://app.projectorpsa.com and log in. Once logged in, their dashboard will have links to take them to time entry and expense entry.

Project Managers
Your project managers will typically use Projector Web. They may need access to the Management Portal if they are using Detailed Task Management.

Your project managers can access their projects from Topics | Projects.
Your project managers can view resources scheduled on their projects from Topics | Roles.
Finance Managers
Your finance managers will need access to the Management Portal. This desktop application allows them to set account mappings, generate transaction batches, and export financial data.

Your administrators will need access to the Management Portal. This desktop application allows them to configure the software.

Your administrators have a large and complex role. We recommend that your administrators receive training from our consulting team to bring them up to speed on how the software works. Administrators are often highly technical, have excellent verbal and written skills, and understand the fundamentals of your business processes and financial processes.
Privacy Policy and User Tracking
Projector uses Google Analytics with the User-ID feature. This allows us to anonymously track application usage across Projector Web, Projector Mobile, e3 Program, and Management Portal. If you wish to opt out of these features please contact Projector Support.
