Budget Alerts (CQ)

Budget alerts are managed in Setup | Budget Alerts.

Budget alerts allow you to set thresholds for automatically sending emails based on performance to budget. The thresholds also are used to provide color-coding of performance to budget on the project dashboard.

You can change the thresholds at any time.
