How do I move the data from the deleted tasks section into the main portion of the task plan?

If there are one or more “Deleted Tasks” sections on your task plan, it’s very likely that time cards have been entered against the tasks in the deleted section. If you delete the task or tasks again, they will simply reappear following the next sync. There are two paths to ensuring that there is not deleted tasks section in your task plans.

  1. Move tasks within the ‘deleted’ section up into the body of the task plan proper. Once that is done, you can delete the header record for the ‘deleted’ section.

 

  1. From the time entry page, delete the time cards, and then the task in question can be deleted and it will not return following the next sync.
