Why is the data in the embedded Smartsheet different than what I see elsewhere in Projector

If the data you’re seeing in your Smartsheet task plan is different than values your seeing elsewhere in Projector (e.g. the Management Portal, a project performance analysis view, a recently run report), it’s very likely that the content within the sheet has not been recently refreshed.

There are three ways to force a refresh the embedded content:

1. Use the “Sync Now” button to initialize a sync followed by an automatic refresh of the Smartsheet sheet

2. Click the “Refresh” menu within the embedded sheet by accessing the vertical ellipsis

3. Navigate to another Projector page and then navigate back to the Project > Tasks tab.
