When running management portal you may encounter the following warning message: Unable to install or run this application. This application requires your system to be updated to Microsoft Common Runtime Language Version 4.x.

Solution

Click on the here link. This will bring you to a webpage where you can download and install the required software. You must be logged into the employee portal for this link to work.

Once you have installed the required software try and run management portal again. It should now work properly.
