Windows 10

  1. Click start button and search for About Your PC
  2. Note the System Type
     

 

Windows 8

  1. Open your Start screen and type "PC Info"
  2. Open the PC Info metro app and find the System type line item.


Windows 7

  1. Click on the Start icon
  2. Type system into the search field
  3. In the result list choose System under Control Panel
  4. Locate the System Type line
