Info

The Project Portfolio Report (PPR) provides visibility into the health of projects and provides information available in the Project Dashboard in a familiar report format. Use this report to discover how projects are performing by viewing profitability, percent complete, and comparisons to budget, estimates at completion, progress to date, and much more. Like the Engagement Portfolio Report, the PPR is designed to provide high-level summary information of all projects open at a particular time. It does not provide time-phased (e.g. week-by-week) data like the Ginsu Report does. Once you have identified a project that requires further analysis, use a more detailed report like the Ginsu to drill into the details.
