To show closed projects:

1. From Projects
2. Include the Projects tab of Management Portal, click Customize BrowserTick the checkbox Show closed projectsstatus of 'Closed' in the Project Stage filter
3. Double check that you don't have other filters enabled that may be hiding projects, for example a stage filter
4. Rerun your query
