The service request contains:

Each TerminatedResource item contains:

ReferenceSystemId	string(20)	yes		Resource reference system ID
TerminationDate	date	yes		The resource will be marked inactive on the following date.
TerminateUserFlag	boolean	no	false	Set to true to terminate (make inactive) the user as well.
PurgeFutureChangesFlag	boolean	no	false	If true, then delete all resource history records on or after the specified TerminationDate.
