SkillId	Int32		The skill Id is a unique identifier for a skill. For internal use only.
SkillName	String (50)	One of SkillGroupIdentity/SkillName or SkillUid is required	The name of the skill, along with the skill group identity is a unique identifier for a skill. A skill with the same name can exist under 2 or more skill groups.	HTML
