Start by visiting our login page at https://app.projectorpsa.com. If you are not logged in with your SSO provider then you You will be shown the following screen.

Enter your Projector username and optionally if required your account code. If you do not know your account code or do not know if you need one, please ask your Projector administrator.

The screen below changes and the blue button now reads Log In with SSO. Click the blue button

You will be redirected to your SSO login page. Enter your credentials and you should be automatically redirected back to Projector where your session will begin.

 

OneLogin

The following example shows Single Sign On with the Identity Provider OneLogin. Other such services may be similar, depending on the service chosen and your company's configuration.

Signing in can happen one of two ways:

  1. Sign into OneLogin and choose Projector from OneLogin's app dashboard
  2. Entering your username in Projector and you'll be sent over to OneLogin

Starting from the OneLogin app dashboard

First sign into OneLogin (or equivalent service)

Once logged in your will see a dashboard of available Service Providers such as Projector. Click the Projector button. You will be led directly to Projector Web, logged in.

Starting from Projector's Log In screen

Logging in as an SSO required user presents this screen - upon entering a username (and account code, when needed), the Log In With SSO button is activated.

 

 

Clicking Log In With SSO leads the user to the IdP's own log in screen, in this case, OneLogin. A successful log in at this screen will lead the user back to Projector Web, logged in. If already logged in to the IdP, you won't see this screen but will be brought directly to Projector.

Logging in as an SSO optional user presents this screen, where as in the SSO-required cases, the user can click through to Log In With SSO. Alternatively the user may enter a password and log into the installation directly.

If your SSO session is already running, you'll be immediately logged into Projector.

If your SSO session is not running, you'll be prompted to log in. Afterwards you'll be immediately logged into Projector. The screenshot below is an example for one SSO provider. Your screen will likely look different.
