Please close all currently open Projector instances and then try launching again.

If solution 1 does not work then you may have a hanging Projector process. To terminate it:you do not see any running instances, you can check your task manager for OpsProjectorUI.exe or OpsProjectorUI32.exe and manually terminate them.

  1. Open Windows task manager.
  2. Click on the processes tab.
  3. Find OpsProjectorUIOpsProjectorUIxx.exe.
  4. Terminate the process. Now try launching management portal again.
