Projector passwords must be at least six characters long and have no complexity requirements. Although your organization may enforce its own password complexity rules.

What is my account code?

An account code is required for most organizations. If you have forgotten yours, you can have it emailed to you using this site - https://app.projectorpsa.com/Account/ResetPassword. Or an easier method may be to just ask one of your co-workers what the code is.

  • Your username is the same in more than one Projector installation
  • Your organization requires account codes (all installations created after Aug-2017 require them)
  • Your organization uses Delegated Authentication or Single Sign On

Password Complexity Rules

If your password is managed by Projector:

  • Minimum 6 characters
  • Maximum 128 characters
  • At least 1 upper/lower mix
  • Cannot contain username
  • Cannot contain account code
  • Cannot match previous password

If your password is managed by your organization through Single Sign On (SSO) or Delegated Authentication (DA):

  • Seek help from your IT department
