The Expense Reports screen is broken down shows all your expense reports categorized by Draft, Submitted and Approved expense reports.  Each expense report can be composed of multiple expense items. The total displayed is the amount that will be reimbursed to the employee if all expenses are approved.reports.{excerpt{color}}  

  • Draft - expense reports with expenses awaiting submissionat least one expense unsubmitted
  • Submitted - expense reports with at least one expense submitted for approval
  • Approved - expense reports with all expenses approved for repayment

Checkmarks

Next to an expense report you will find checkmarks that report the status of expense items in the report.
