How come when I click 'Create Invoices' and run a query for projects nothing shows up?
When trying to create a new invoice on the Create Invoices screen nothing shows up. Why does this happen?
A query only returns projects that have
- Approved to Invoice Cost Cards
- Approved Time Cards
- Achieved Milestones
Review that an appropriate cost card, time card, or milestone exists and it is not already on an invoice. If you don't have any items that fit the criteria you can create a blank invoice instead. A blank invoice can have items added to it afterwards. Visit the Creating a Blank Invoice section for more information.
