Email Recipients

One email is sent to each resource who meets the following criteria:

  • Has Send this resource e-mails for missing, draft, or rejected time on their resource profile
  • Has any draft or rejected time cards across all of time

If the setting Track missing time for this resource is enabled on their resource profile, then emails are also sent for missing time for the previous eight weeks.

In addition, users can be cc'd on problem time emails. If a user has the Notification Draft, rejected, or missing time e-mail alerts are sent to a resource then they are cc'd on each email sent to a resource. This is often used by managers to check whether their resources are being responsive to problem time emails.

Email Send Time

Emails are sent out early in the morning of each resource's time zone
