System Settings - Document Management Tab (CQ)
If you do not plan to use document storage, then uncheck the Document Storage box in Administration | Setup | Modules. Otherwise, if users store documents then you will incur storage fees. Document storage must be enabled to store:
- Receipts on expense documents
- Resumes
- Documents in project workspaces
- Invoices in project workspaces
- Documents associated with issues
Press the Document Archives button if you would like to save your documents locally, and then be given the option of deleting them (by date range) from Projector.
