Base Percent Complete On: Choose the method by which Projector will compute percent complete. This impacts how Projector allocates future fixed price revenue, and how Projector computes percent complete for revenue recognition.

Calculate RDC Basis Hours As: This is the dominator in the calculation of yield- based utilization. Normal working hours are, by default, determined by the location's work schedule. The three supported definitions of RDC Basis Hours are: Normal Working Hours, Normal Working Hours - Holidays, and Normal Working Hours - Holidays - Time Off. By the first definition, Normal Working Hours, achieving 100% utilization would require working extra time to compensate for time taken off for holidays and vacations. In contrast, the third definition, Normal Working Hours - Holidays - Time Off, has a lower hurdle for 100% utilization.

Calculate Capacity-Bsaed Utilization Basis Hours as: This is the denominator in the calculation of capacity-based utilization.  The three supported definitions are the same as RDC Basis hours above.  

Calculate Utilization for: This sets the default utilization calculation for reporting.  The selection can be overridden on individual reports.
