This page will teach you how to subscribe to your Projector calendar through Office 365 Outlook in Safari (or other browser) on the Mac.

Refresh Interval

Changes in a Projector schedule may take 3 to 24 hours to be displayed in Outlook.

  1. Go to the schedule widget on your Dashboard and slick SYNC TO CALENDAR or to your My Profile page and click Subscribe to your Projector schedule

  2. In the dialog, copy the link.


  3. In the Outlook web app, click Add Calendar. Choose subscribe from Web. In the dialog that opens, paste the link and name your calendar. Click Import.


  4. Your synced calendar will now appear under "Other calendars"
