Time off reasons are used to report and schedule paid time off. Unpaid time off should either be reported as time spent on a non-billable project (e.g., in the case of compensatory time), or as a period of resource inactivity (e.g., in the case of a leave of absence). Otherwise utilization reporting may be misstated.

Time off reasons are set in Job Accounting | Time Off Reasons.

Most organizations need to add a few time off reasons (e.g., Bereavement) to the default list in Projector.
