If you do not plan to use document storage, then uncheck the Enable Document Storage box in Administration | Setup | Modules. Otherwise, if users store documents then you will incur storage fees. Document storage must be enabled to store:
- Receipts on expense documents
- Resumes
- Documents in project workspaces
- Invoices in project workspaces
- Documents associated with issues
