- Designated time approver for resource or cost center - clients could end up seeing and approving time for projects outside their purview
- The project's acting PM team - this only works if the client is not set up as a "client" user, but is instead set up as a regular user. You want to be very careful if using this option, as it could allow the user to see data about other clients. When you add client to PM Team, don't give them 'Can act as PM' permission or they'll be able to edit your projects.
Save a Search
To help your clients out, save a public search that makes finding time cards to approve easy. In my search below, I look for all time cards awaiting approval for the current month.
