The task analysis report is for Detailed Task Management (DTM) projects. The report highlights how project teams are doing on tasks with respect to performance to budget or performance to schedule. If your organization has adopted the earned value management model then it can show earned value information. This report type only returns information on your currently active task plan baseline. You may also be interested in our Project Portfolio Report which provides rolled up task performance data. If you need line-item detail, this is the report you should choose. |
