Overview
This web service deletes a specified project cost baseline (PwsProjectCostBaselineRef). The service will return the identity of the deleted contract line item (PwsContractLineItemRef). Note, contract line items that are associated with one or more projects cannot be deleted.project cost baseline (PwsProjectCostBaselineRef).
