This structure represents the unique key fields of a standard rate type. Standard rate types are used to categorize project rate types. Project task Standard rate types can be identified by an ExternalSystemIdentifier or ProjectTaskTypeUid. When specifying a PwsProjectTaskTypeRef as an input to a web service, you may specify one or both the ExternalSystemIdentifier and ProjectTaskTypeUid. However, if you do specify both, they must both refer to the same project task type or the project task type reference will not be considered valid. When a PwsProjectTaskTypeRef is returned in the response to a web service, both the ExternalSystemIdentifier and ProjectTaskTypeUid will be populated, and guaranteed to refer to a single project task type.by StandardRateTypeCode, StandardRateTypeName or StandardRateTypeUid.
