Projector's modules are contained in a SmartClient Windows application, named the Management Portal, and a web-based application know as the Employee Portal.
Navigating the Management Portal
The Management Portal is navigated via a series of menus, which open and perform tasks in the modules, which appear as tabs.

- File - Enables you to close tabs, exit the application, and access the Projector Options form.
- View - Provides access to all of the main sections of Projector's Management Portal.
- Action - Allows a number of action-oriented commands to be initiated, depending on the currently open form.
- Tab Group - Tab Groups allow new Projector users to choose from among five pre-set configurations of the Projector Management Portal by selecting the group that best describes their role within the organization. In addition, experienced users can set up Projector in different configurations based on their major tasks and workflows (e.g., scheduling or invoicing) and switch rapidly among their saved configurations. - Help - Provides access to Projector's on-line help.
